What cookies we use
LLMHardware.io uses minimal browser storage. We store a single key in your browser's localStorage called cookie-consent to remember whether you have accepted or declined cookies. This is not a cookie in the traditional sense — it is stored locally in your browser and is never sent to a server.
We do not set any persistent tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or session cookies on our own.
Google Analytics
We plan to use Google Analytics in the future to understand how visitors use the site. This section will be updated when Google Analytics is enabled. At that point, we will use anonymized IP addresses and will give you the ability to opt out.
Affiliate tracking
When you click affiliate links on LLMHardware.io (to Amazon, Apple, Best Buy, Newegg, B&H Photo, Adorama, or Microsoft), those retailers may set their own cookies to track your purchase and attribute a commission to us. These cookies are set by those third-party sites, not by LLMHardware.io, and are subject to their respective privacy policies.
How to opt out
You can clear our localStorage preference at any time by opening your browser's developer tools, navigating to Application > Local Storage, and deleting the cookie-consent key.
To block third-party cookies from retailers, you can use your browser's built-in privacy settings or a browser extension such as uBlock Origin. Most modern browsers also include settings to block third-party cookies entirely.
For Google Analytics opt-out (once enabled), you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
